seen loads of them mcdonalds smurfs on the toweye! saw a come on teddy on a corsa that flashed me and they guys inside it started signing "cs" to me through the rear view mirror still dont know who that was

Bin men always have them attached to the front, not hanging from the tow hook.

Dust carts carry Trash and have hub caps.
