Meh, i can't stand this job any more anyway tbf. Especially some of the people i work with and the unnecessary grief they enjoy dishing out.

I'm trying to find a new job too but finding one even getting paid less is hard. Anyway, when i go in tomorrow they'll just ask if I'm alright now and probably won't care much other than that. I could even have tomorrow off too and then by the time i get back Monday, all will be completely forgotten so nothing to worry about.

I know the feeling mate. So instead of doing Admin (have been for the last 8yrs ), in my appraisial which are useless imo, I've asked if i could do a ONC in Engineering, and an AutoCad course at the local college, lets just see what they say. If they say no then new job on the horizion.

Go for it mate, but personally i would say don't get into cad because it is horrible repetitive work using a horrible program that does what it wants half the time and i absolutely hate it. Our appraisals are also useless You basically sit there and agree for an hour while boss fills in a form. Pointless.
