There are loads of reviews on the web answering this very question. Check out engadget etc. Pretty much all of them point towards the Samsung Galaxy S II as being the dogs danglies, similar (if not better) hardware than the new 4S.

Nexus Prime looks like it's going to wipe the floor with everything if it lives up to the rumours and hype. Only downside is it's bigger than an iPad and made by Samsung.

That's not leaked specs, that's one site that claim to have specs, try again later.
Screen was all that was ground breaking on the iPhone 4 btw.

rumours I read said it'll probbly be edge to edge unless they want to shove a home button in the middle just to piss off Apple some more.
But agreed, nothing major there really, i'd read 1:5 dual core, but supposedly not if that's true.

Update: A new batch of rumored specs have surfaced over on GSM Arena, and these seem to be more in line with what we'd expect of a new Nexus. According to an anonymous Google employee, that 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD display mentioned above is just about the only spec to make the final cut. The processor, however, is more likely to be a dual-core 1.5GHz Exynos (that's right) with an accompanying dual-core PowerVR SGX543MP2 graphics chip. That rear facing camera? Try 8 megapixels with a newly beefed up sensor. The handset should also ship with a girthy 2,050mAh battery fully capable of juicing this apparent LTE / CDMA / GSM Android monster.
I'll need to see dimensions though, it'll have to be creative not to be absolutely massive.

Samsung and Google decide to postpone the new product announcement at CTIA Fall. We agree that it is just not the right time to announce a new product. New date and venue will be shortly announced.
DOH - Surely its far enough down the production line they can't make any major changes? I can only think they want it to be much higher spec than the 4S

I've got a SE Arc, 8MP camera, 4.2" screen, 720P HD video. I prefer the screen to my mates GS2 the colours on that are unnaturally bright.

Wait, 4G is out soon i think it might already be out in some places but its deffo worth waiting.
I wouldnt have an iphone or a windows phone in a million years there just so shit compared to android. iOS is a joke tbh they boast all this stuff that it can do but in reality its just a bad OS stay clear. Windows phone is a joke with the new mango update bringing it just about on par with iOS and Androids first realease LOL. Android is also going open source soon.
If your really desperate for a new phone the s2 is the way forward. But if you can wait get an android phone on 4G.
