design wise on 325/328 its two pipes all the way and it's two cats.

on 320/323 its two pipes on downpipe go into one before cat, and single pipe all the way to back .

the 328/325 exhaust gives much deeper note and engine purrs like propper straight 6. I have done this mod on the 323i I had, i loved it!
