You can also try dynamic corner weighting using a HEFFER. You position it in the back of the car and it rolls around from side to side as per Fee's instructions.

It does look like the inside rear wheel slows but that could be due to the camera

also i can kinda see the wheel locking but i think its more camera trickery tbh i imagine it just just purely down to weight transfer after going up the hill.

Seth - thats whats being done just now. We're off on hols so it'll be ready for a test on the 12th

Mattl - yup, thats the senario where it happens and you used to feel it spinning away the power with the old worn LSD.
Toby - to get round the corner in a nice neat manner the inner wheel should slow I think our problem is when 'any' power is introduced the diff plates lock and the rear wheels rotate at the same speed not allowing it to turn, just drift

That's what I thought but the only thing I could think of was that it was locking a wheel on a downshift :S

This may sound cuntish but, is it possible that while fee was transfering her foot from brake to throttle she clipped the brake pedal. Would make sense on a hard right hander, with the G force pulling her foot to the left or towards the brake pedal.
That would explain the rear wheel locking up. But it wouldnt explain the problem you have with oversteer on exit. Does it happen with you driving?

She isnt braking by mistake.
rear wheel locking up is (if it is) just because its in the air and prob slight brake friction/diff etc
G Force isnt enough to overcome leg muscles at this level... prob around 1.4 lateral on that corner with those tyres ('till the rear goes out )
It does it with me too.

I'm saying not enough rear shock extension/ rear to stiff.
1.5 or 2 way diff?

the diff is customisable - 1way, 1.5, 2 way, locking speed, lock delay, rates, clamping force etc - waste of £2700 at the moment. We're in contact with Japan to try and get a definative setup for it when it left the factory. We can then adjust it - but we need to know where it is first.
Rear shock extension - yup, I agree BUT how do you get more extension without compromising compression travel?
Rear too stiff - we've tried softer (550lb) and its too soft. Its on 700lb just now. Rears. We need to do some proper tests with travel to see how much bump travel we have.

the suspension has spring platform and strut body height adjustment... so you can raise/lower without altering spring preloads

If you can be arsed to bring it down to Kidderminster we can measure bump steer on our alignment rig.
What makes the diff?
Edit: What sort of adjustment do you have left and what preload are you running at on the rear?

Adjustment - what do you mean what do we have left? We arent max'd out on anything... so lots if you're just talking about heights etc.
BUT generally any extension we gain will come of the bump travel. We can prob gain about 25mm extension by extending the strut body to its max.
PreLoad - no exact measurement, but not a lot... spring wound up hand tight then a couple more turns with spanner... too to tight and the car then needs more (slower) rebound to keep it composed which in turn keeps the inside rear hanging longer

Sorry i ment ride height,
I'd try 0 preload on the rear springs but like you say sounds like to many people have messed with it.
Watching the video again and again it doesn't look like there is enough roll/pitch in the rear at all.
