Do you go to get your hair cut with wax in it?

Only haircuts I've ever got until now were short back and sides or shaved it myself for the past 10 years.

I'm not going to get my hair washed though, just want in and out asap.

I turn up to the barbers with my hair waxed. He just wets it and then cuts it. He reckons it's better for him to cut than freshly washed hair?

I arrive with wax in my hair, either from earlier in the day or the previous days wax. Yes, I'm a minger!

Hardly matte finish though is it, makes you look like you've dipped your head in a chip fan.

If your hair looks like that you've clearly used too much. A tin of Dax will easily last you a year and you dont need much at all. Better for being used on shorter hair tho

What's a really strong wax? That isn't really hard like the red dax wax and doesn't give the chip pan effect
