Keep the message in the inbox, tell them to GTF.
Once they leave you bad feedback contact eBay to get it removed.

You can't blackmail/threaten on eBay and they will remove the comment.

hilariosu that some people think its ok for eBay/PayPal to take in excess of 20% fees to enable you to sell then

whenever i sell anything ont here these days (which is evry rare since i moved to london as gumtree is much better except for the scam mails which are piss eays to spot) i add 20% on top of what i want to receive and state as much int he advetr saying this is due to eBays disgusting fees

eBay fees are a joke, but its one of the easiest ways to sell certain items.

It's a rip - the fees are ridiculous. But it's also a monopoly so you've not much choice.

If you don't like eBay fees....

It is not a rip off from a business sellers point of view IMO.

You know the fees before you start, if you can't compete then your paying to much for your stuff or you shouldn't bother with that product.

You wouldn't open a shop knowing the rent was 1000 a week when your only expecting to take 500 would you.
