death in service means dieing whilst employed, not just in work if you died in work, your family or whoever is your next of kin would most likely get a huge payout anyway.

24 days & bank holidays (but we get a cheeky few free days off a xmas).
Xmas party paid for
Good pension
62p a mile travel expenses (which I take full advantange of)
Pretty flexable time wise
Pick of any old kit that is retired (90% is perfectly fine and usable)
Always loads of cake and bisuits in the school

Anything over 45p is taxed as salary so I'd rather have a basic salary increase... Although by all means as thats not on the cards, rinse it

Boring alert: Laptops are not benefits whilst they remain the property of the company. Mobile phones are a benefit and a percentage (estimated % personal use) of the cost to the company is taxable as such.

Laptops are not a taxable benefit you mean.l ABout time they got rid of the antiquated mobile phone law too, as they did with laptops years ago

To be fair there are a lot of people at work who dont own their own computer and just use their work laptop for home internet use etc. (within reason of course)

We used to have aproper little hottie but she got moved to another job upstairs. We've got a munter now. First rule in any business. Have a fit receptionist. First impressions etc.

Our personal PC is in a cupboard now because me and the missus use work laptops for internet at home etc. But i'd still not class it as a benefit as such.
