Tbh it's a lack of exercise for me, I used to walk miles in my old job so could eat whatever I liked and it not affect me, now I don't do so much. I have a hamstring injury at the moment so I can't cycle or run like I used to, so in spite of that getting me down I keep turning to the bottle, vicious circle.
