LOL at all the Mike Brewer haters! He's fuckin hilarious. The way Edd spends hours and hours on a car and he just storms in a parks his fat ass on the bonnet Cracks me up but Edd is the man, absolute genius. Anyone seen the DeLorean they did? Now that was impressive...

In fairness I looked at the Wikipedia article for it the other day and they haven't made all that many losses.

I love the fact they buy something and plan on making profit on it and reselling it and they think it feels slightly sluggish so go fork out on a new turbo? (was a saab)
Or the vw panel van where they spent £1600 on carbs etc for the engine. Why would you do that if you were looking to make profit like they mention!
Also, they make everything look so easy and a nut is never tight / rounded or rusty and its never tight for space. Must be so re-hearsed

Worst thing I've seen on there by far....they were doing a 928 Porsche and it gets to the bit when they meet someone with a mint example.
So this guy was probably retired with a pristine 928 that Porsche use as there SHOW car for promotions etc.
So the fat clueless prick then gets the keys and proceeds to Powerslide it around a racetrack I could have literally flew into the TV and slapped the fuck out of him!

i dont think anyone does, they make tens of thousands on airtime so 200quid profit isnt going to bother them, also i think the point of th show is how much money you will save doing the work yourself. they also have to make it interesting which is why they splash out on parts

I like how everyone goes on about all the work Ed does yet he's probably paid five times more than a mechanic usually gets.
