Yeah we're having one 16th December. £16.50 pp. But we get all our drinks paid for by Chairman. Last year the bill came to around £500.  But I'll be driving this year so it's Coke for me  .

Cancelled group wide due to lack of funds, yet they've made record profits yet again, buying companies left right and centre, and i'm writing off circa 50k this month end 
Edit: Ours is usually like yours Ben, go some where nice and have everything paid for, was in the grounds of westminster abbey last year.

Mine's on Thursday, finish work at 3pm off to the pub then meal at 7ish at some comdey club where the acts start at half 8. Going to try and stay pretty sober, as I'm also a liability when drunk.

Only till recent we had 2. In November we had an 'Annual dinner' which paid for the whole company + partners to stay in the lake district everything paid for, could even claim back fuel. Hopefully next year we'll have another.

Got mine this Saturday. Hotel in Kegworth, 3 course meal, accomodation, drinks, transport all paid for. Don't have to pay a penny, plus partners are invited.
Our office is fairly young and we all get along so it's always a good night out.

Trying to think of something to get out of ours. Alike others, the last thing I want is to spend more time with these people, only problem is my manager keeps asking me like he really wants me to go His face looked sad when I was saying I might not lol S'pose it's because I've not been to a single thing they've held since I've been here and it's one of those really pally places where everyone's each others best mate

Booked the week off as holiday. I'd rather kill myself then go.
The company does a compulsory presentation for our whole region. You are expected to turn up at a hotel in Kent somewhere after work hours, be bored to death for a couple of hours of powerpoint then have a meal and half a bottle of free wine and a disco to finish. zzzzzzz....

We've got ours next friday (16th) Bar opens at 7pm, 3 course meal, then a band and DJ till 1am. All free so we'll got nuts then head into town/casino afterwards.
It's not about taking your partners though, they would just get in the way of the mayhem.
