Good. It's refreshing to find out how much easier it gets with practice. I've no doubt I'll be a wreck afterwards, but with each run I'm feeling alot more confident about the whole thing.

My mates running it and put himself in the pack that runs after the professionals, thinks he can do it in 5 hours without any training.

Just remember not to set off too fast and stick to your pace!!

Pace yourself well. Slow first half, save your energy for the second half and sip drinks at all the water stations. It's too late when you realise your thirsty and try to gulp it down.
