4:45 - 5:15 depending on if i stay round girlfs/hit snooze. always on the 5:45 bus to my train station. then get to the gym an hour later.

Fill kettle up and put on
Wash/shower
Make coffee, warm up thermos flask, fill up kettle again again and put on.
Watch bbc and drink coffee for 15mins
Put kettle on again fill up flask
Say goodbye to the mrs and out of door.

Takes 1/2 hour every morning.

Delete my Groupon e-mails also

Then I iron a shirt if I haven't already done it the night before. I don't shower in the mornings, only in the evenings. I brush my teeth, wash my face, shave and do my hair.

If I don't have to iron a shirt, I can get out of bed and be out the door in 10 minutes

yeah, fcuk that, i could shower in the evenings but would also shower in the morning, would feel manky all day if i got out of bed and got dressed, like putting jeans on before socks

Yes way Sometimes ill be on the playstation late or playing footie manager, or good old clubbing on a wednesday strolling through the door at 3am and getting up for work at 6.

don't sleep much tbh if i do i find i feel like shit.
