My Dad's ex girlfriend used to have a 7110. As a kid I loved playing with it, the tennis game on it was fucking awesome!

This was one of the best old school phones i had tho, loved the flip on it and made me feel so cool

I had 1 when of those when i was in school! Loved it at the time. Also remember vodafone started doing mms messages cheaper than sms so could use 1000 characters cheaper than 160!

Then when i was 15 and started working i bought this for €300!

First phone - had £20 free credit, had it for 16 months and had only used £6 of that credit
No text, but you could change the rubber band around the aerial

Classic Nokia 402, went through like 5 different cases. Ended up with a chrome front and battery pack - obviously I thought it looked proper bo-selecta

.. then went onto a few Nokia's

Remember getting this at Uni, and sending messages and pictures via bluetooth... thought it was proper boss back then! lol... and one of the first camera phones!

... had one more nokia and then switched to a Iphone.
Would be interesting to raise this treat from the dead in 2022 and see what sort of crap we used to communicate with

this was my first phone:

this was before the matrix came out and you had to slide the cover down yourself. back then it was known as the "banana phone". i didnt even get it new, my dad got it in 96 and gave it me in 97. its one of the most reliable phones i've ever had as it still worked after 2 years. When i got a job in 98 i bought the 8210 when it first came out. i was cool as fuck in the pub that weekend haha!
