Just remember when looking at hotel reviews, people usually think to do a review on it when its shit. End of the day, you just want to sleep in the room, as long as you've got a pool and drinks are decent happy days.

Hotel was called Marina Pax btw, that lively one was another site. My bad.

So you're going to spend a couple of hundred extra for some drinks by the pool? Fuck that. You'll also feel like you have to eat at the hotel instead of going to a few different cafes and restaurants. One of the best parts of our last holiday there was the banter we had with a few of the restaurant owners where we went for food. Got shit loads of free drinks and food I'd never swap that for shit warmed up hotel food

all inclusive is a waste somewhere like that. we considered it for ibiza but just bought in booze and a cooler from the supermarket for round the pool, and bout toasties for a euro if we wanted to eat at the hotel

Why are you worried about what the hotel is like? It's a lads holiday. Just book the jungla, sahara or matinique. Also AI in magaluf won't be a few hundred extra.

I eat like fuck. I couldnt sit and drink all day every day. Plus the booze is free.

I went away with the ex last year self catering and we had to upgrade to all inclusive because buying food every day/night was costing a fortune and we didnt have a kitchen or fridge in our room

Lets face it you go away on a lads holiday youre not going to be drinking 12 hours straight in a bar every day for 7 days. 20 mins to grab some breakfast, dinner and or tea isnt taking much out your 12 hour drinking shift.
