Personal opinion as usual. Some people are into pens, just like some are into watches. I'm not into watches for example, I'd just think you were a tit for spending that much on a piece of jewellery for your wrist.

I'm in Bretts category. I'm not into watches so wouldn't know a replica from a fake for that reason i wouldn't spend ££££££ quid on one nor do i get excited at other peoples as you can get all sorts from the market for a fiver

I've got a nice Cross fountain pen. Missus bought it for my birthday a few years back. Was about £90

I await the portfolio gang with pics of their £3000 Mont Blanc.

I got this one as an investment, more you spend on a pen the better the quality of materials, it still writes equally to one of them bic £1 for 10 jobbies but it's much cooler and is made by a proper pen maker.

Unlikely, TBH £200-ish isn't a huge sum of money. Having a £200 pen wouldn't impress many people, most people would just think you are an idiot
