seat belt tensioners have fired, its about 10 different shades of blue, the oem steering wheel has been swapped for a 3rd party one and the wing doesnt line up

And headlights changed but obviously that could be for a number of reasons.

Biggest giveaway is the tensioners, what retard would leave them like that really.
