I wouldn't be touching my car with a drying towel after just snowfoaming.
No matter how clean the car looks.
I've only gone straight from snowfoam, and rinse to drying once when my VXR was at its best with about 6 layers of wax and not too dirty. There was nothing left on the surface after rinsing though. There was no need to use mitt.

It breaks down the dirt. i've a pretty high powered pressure washer and more comes off after snowfoam than just pressure washing.

Attachment goes into end of pressure washer. You put about 2 inch of snow foam in bottle and fill up with water. Then when you turn on pressure washer it mixes the water with snow foam and fires out thick foam. A bottle will do a full car twice easily.

If theres other cars near to your then it does go on them a bit. But you can just rinse it off.

I've got this Karcher....but you don't need to spend as much as that.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/K%C3%A4rcher-K3-550-T250-Pressure-Washer/dp/B0052LCSF2/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1331907086&sr=8-5
This is my 2nd Karcher and its great. My first broke. I've been told the best Karchers are the ones with metal internals rather than plastic, but the ones with metal internals are Ł250 afaik.
This would do the trick tbh.

Or this..

If I was you, decide on a model you want then shop about online. Tesco online do good deals sometimes.

Works well on waxed cars I find! IMO needs a good base layer set to be beneficial!
