Calories in, calories out doesn't lie.

A typical day for me looks really well, untill I log what i eat and then find one thing here another there etc. Few too many sugary drinks

If everyone stuck to what they write down on a "typical day" we would all look brilliant.

she just said she lost loads of weight by eating that so she does look brilliant.
dont get how you are such an expert on these things all of a sudden?

Well I've managed to lose over 5 and a half stone by healthy eating and exercise, not a crash diet.
Wasn't saying she doesn't look brilliant, simply saying if she is struggling and seems to have a good regime going, a diet log maybe the way forward as to help count the calories and help her eat properly. Instead of picking etc as she said she sometimes does.

Ps. Mark <3 Kerry.

Btw that's just my 2p worth, I'm sure many other people would recommend the same as you have a generally good diet, combined with training you should see excellent results.
Just be aware of sugar spikes too, I think mcwilster covered it briefly in his thread, if not have a google.

Also if your calories out are higher than cals in, you will lose fat, opposite way round you will obvs store these and they will go some part towards building muscle.

Finding out your minimum calorie intake might be useful, I think there is a calorie calculator over on the livestrong website.

I know people who have had great results with low carbs, generally below 50g for two/three days, then have a day with closer to 3 times that, carbs effect your energy a great deal, hence the higher day carb day is needed.

Few suggestions above, not in any order

I honestly don't eat bad. Yes the occasional treat but I don't eat chips, crisps, chocolate, sugary drinks.

I genuinely can't understand why after 3 months nothing has changed! Everyone is telling me to stick with it. Maybe I'm not meant to lose any more. Afterall I'm currently a size 10 not like I'm a 16!
Will use a calorie counter app I've downloaded and increase my cardio and intensity and see what happens!
Thinks for the input though and mark thanks for the love xxx

Small amount of fat is good though john, the rest of her diet is fairly fat free so I can't see it being a big factor. Stay away from refined sugars, saturated fats etc, I know you mentioned snacking is a problem so defiantly switch it up with fruit, even if you are two pieces for a snack.

Mark basically Kerry is saying she is stuck at a plateau, now your saying there isn't a problem, and I'm suggesting alternatives. Who's info is more constructive?

Btw it depends what works for you. I personally can't swap my meals for little and often. There is info on lean gains that suggests you only burn what you out in so the idea of stoking the fire etc could be seen as unfounded.

Leangains is a website giving info regarding fasted diets adapted for muscle retention. If your interested in the book eat stop eat, I have the pdf which I can send you

I'm not arguing with you IvI on my phone so can't link up but have said of google this and google that.

Yeah that was a bit harsh, didn't mean it to come out the way it did, but Kerry then went onto say there is days when she just snacks. Like we all do.
