it's not very accurate though. Muscle weighs more than fat. So you could be classed as overweight or obese yet have bulging muscles and hardly any body fat.

Finlands mean BMI is 25.02 apparently and over 25 is overweight, seeing as you've only just started back on the weights, it isn't muscle so I suggest you lose some weight you fat, greedy cunt.
