i have 30 cars, i need to check the mileage every 4 weeks, i dont want to have to walk round and do it (current situation)
i cant rely on other people to report mileage, they will forget/make excuses

other options?

Fit a tracker to the cars which will automatically email you the mileage.

Russ, are they on fuel cards? If so make them record mileage at fill ups?
