Daniella Westbook has had implants - they're Soya oil IIRC, so they hang nicely and look real when laying on her back (ie, disappear under her armpits) which always looks a bit odd with silicone based implants.

Yes, a lot of our work is to remove silicone and replace with saline.

A lot of clients go down a cup size too when they have the procedure carried out - they've had their fun with their "oversize" funbags and want something a bit more realistic.
