The dual carriageway home is at a standstill due to flooding again. Happens every time we get heavy rain, it's pathetic! Looks like I'll have to try going home on the country lanes and hope it's not too deep.

lovely autumnal weather here. bit of rain but nothing major.

bloody cold at night though. i refuse to put the heating on in september so it will be jumpers on indoors.

There is a problem there look at the concrete blocks they've been laid 18" flat which usually means the footing was laid out wrong so they've had to spread the load across the dirt with the blocks. But as you can see the blocks have started to give way where there is no concrete that building will be coming down very soon I would of thought

Yeah they are piles, used to help spread weight on ground that isn't strong enough. Although i wouldn't like to be in that building right now
