Seems a bit of a bargain. Still not sure what the issue with 15" display is though, pretty easy to carry one around.

too big for the desks in lecture theatres. 13" just fits.
only problem with the argos one is theres no details of the screen res or type of usb ports

think thats a winner, not as compact as we'd like but then its only £400, need to go £600+ for that sort of spec in a compact unit by the look of things

No, the plastic ones don't feel any more platicky that something plastic feels inherently.

bought this and its spot on, very fast. a little on the thick side, but thats compared to my macbook however its probably a bit lighter! got it for £399 and it seems to have gone up now which is nice
