Im averaging 50.3mpg in my manual 320d. That consist of 30 miles of A roads and 55 miles of motorway to and from work. Thats with cruise control on at 90.

My 330d Manual is getting about 40mpg these days, thats doing 50 miles a day mainly motorway and 40mph roads
It was getting more but it isnt running the smoothest atm. Need to give it a service and clean out EGR etc
It should definatly be quick enough. Mines not mapped and is fine with me (i upgraded from a 182 though)
A mates mapped his, completely standard and its now running 290bhp and a shit load of torque. Not bad for £300 map!

A few people I've spoken to get 300 miles from a tank around town even when remapped so it's not right  few have suggested a bad map too  shame Rtech aren't closer to me!

Mid 30s, that's brilliant for that car and engine.
Phil's auto managed 27 to Milton Keynes and back with the cruise set at 60. It's rarely been over 25 though, more like 21ish for general driving.
Put it this way, every time I get in the car the MPG2 display is between 32 and 35, must be the manual box that does it, it's got nearly 160k on it.
