They are going to speak to him regarding the matter, but I told them I wasn't that bothered about pursuing it.
At the end of the day he made a stupid mistake, and I don't think he really deserves to lose his licence because of it.
I was young and stupid (i'm still stupid) and if I ever lost my licence i'd be gutted.
I'm maybe being a soft touch, but fuck it. At the end of the day no one was really hurt.

So he runs you over and you were urming and arring about going to the police. He then stitches you up again by going to the police about trying to extort him of money and your immediate thought is not to press charges for the hit and run?
Also how did he approach the police without stitching himself up?

I was never really going to go to the police. I just wanted to scare him and make him worry. Also my only 2 witnesses are working in Egypt at the moment, and they won't be back for 6 months. Barely worth the hassle.
He told the police that I just jumped on his bonnet.
Don't worry, he'll get what's coming to him one day. I'm a believer in karma
