Personally I'd go oranges instead of lemons, depends what you prefer though. I'd rather drink orange juice all day myself.

my missus was ill last year, i asked if she wanted anything as i was at the shop, expecting "yes please, lemsip" and instead i got "bottle of lucozade original" so i got her a bottle, was back to work the next day.
so when i got a cold near xmas i didnt bother with lemsip or anything i just went and got a bottle, i was feeling like death, had the bottle and felt amazing

Give their "Covers" album a listen. It's exactly what it sounds like and with some awesome adaptions. Running Up That Hill is up there with one of their very best.
