We've no pets. I like cats but we've got a pretty main road to the front so it would get squashed.

I'd like a retired greyhound too but we both work all day and it would be a bit harsh on it.

Yeah. I like the black ones. Theres quite alot of re-homing places round here for the ex race dogs. Keep getting offered them at different places and its getting harder to say no, but with us being out at work all day I don't think its fair to leave a dog all day on its own?

The thing I love about greyhounds is contrary to popular belief, they are dead easy to look after and are quite lazy and like to chill most of the time. Theres one down the road from my parents and it spends most of the day on the sofa.

got 3 cats. originally had 2, but one went missing.

we then re-homed 2 rescue cats (the stripey ones) after some evil cunt left them at the side of the road in a box.

it's taken over a year for them to get used to us. the male is very timid but loves the black female.

Got no pics but my parents tabby cat was called Morgan. He was awesome but was a bit Schizophrenic (He was originally from Salford so explains alot). Nicest cat ever one minute then an evil furry bastard the next.

Got hit by a car, dragged himself back home with his back legs fucked. Had to be put down.

how strange, my mate morgan had a cat called Pshyco, (renamed after about 6 months) it got hit by a few cars, always fell off the roof of the barns (lived on a farm) and was generally mental, had rods and pins in all its legs
lived to be about 14 though, he was proper nuts, but loved being cuddled

Lol. Cats are awesome.

Morgan was quite skinny looking but was hard as nails. There are alot of cats on my parents road but Morgan was known to be the boss. He'd go and sit in other cats gardens and the cat that lived there wouldn't come out of the house. He wasn't scared of dogs either and used to go nose to nose with them alot!

There was a big fluffy cat next door called Buster and him and Morgan used to have regular dust ups. Strangely, Buster also died 2 weeks after Morgan.

Lynny you're mental

Some ace cats in here, I really wasn't a cat person until my missus twisted my arm on ours last summer. Can't believe just how much personality a cat can have, and she's fussy as hell - always has to be sat within 5 feet of one of us and is proper affectionate.
