I reckon he had the cup holder snap off and was told by Renault to drive it into a tree at top speed to save Renaults reputation for making reliable cars. They simply give him another car.

Seing as he had two fits at 125 mph and didn't crash, his epilepsy probably isn't bad enough to warrant a ban.

I like that anyone would believe that Rolls Royce would rather write a car off and supply a new one than anyone think it might have broken down

when they say it was modified i think its modified to his disabled needs i know a guy who had something similar and he had loads of controls on his door. So depending on how his was set up it could be plausible

I dont quite know how he wasnt able to stick it in to neutral even if it was auto.

An old friend of mine was diagnosed with epilepsy and they took his licence away for 6 months.
