Who was that?

I found a build thread for it on MK2VR6.com

Just shows whoever built it, stripping it bare, painting inside, outside, engine bay etc.

I'm the 3rd owner down this way, bought it off a young lad i know who couldnt insure it properly, and he bought it off one of my mates who's currently banned.


Ah, must have passed hands more than I thought The owner along this way was Colin Neilson. Some of the bodges I've seen have been eye openers

From what i can make out it was only built around a year ago, going by the thread date on MK2 VR6?

Ah right

I had it on the ramp at work on Saturday when i got it (With great difficulty may i add)
It seems solid underneath and well put together, will tidy it up over time, need to source a rad and raise the front asap burst the bottom of the rad on way to work this mornin

a mate of mine has a white vento turbo derv that hes working on at the moment, realy awsome cars
hes fitted a impreza turbo to it, hes put the whole suspention setup off a mk2 golf on the front to get it in spaced and then put some cadilac wheels on, looks pritty swarve if you ask me
ill try find some pictures there boss cars imho

Love it agreed about lowering the back to match the front though...rather than the other way around. Probably the weight of the engine

The back was raised to stop it shredding tyres.

Have lifted the front a little more today (15mm of the threads) needs to come up a little more.
