No, you don't get to pick what size, but they do give you the choice of going the biggest they think your body can handle without the risk of health issue's further down the line.
Her choice of career wouldn't have had anything to do with it either. She's obviously had something seriously wrong with her if she's had 2 kids and still no tits after that.
From the 1st day my GF went to her GP, to finally getting hers done, it took 5 years. And it wasn't just a simple visit to the docs then on the waiting list. There was alot of appointments with consultants, specialists, and therapists at various hospitals over those 5 years. Her final appointment was with a surgeon who gave her the go ahead, and within 2 weeks she was taken in. It was NHS funded, but her op was done at a private hospital, Spire iirc.
