has settled more since sits real nice need to change the gearbox mount as that is no longer doing its job to be fair so will get the gearbox and probably new engine mounts as well, and tidy it up , some other bits and pieces to do so its ready for PVS at santa pod. nice and simple.

cheers guys, apprecdiate it and cant wait for PVs guess it will be put on the mixed race corsa stand as its not blue lol and cant see any purple ones turning up haha

Best way gav. All the best cars in my eyes have minimal mods but ones that work well. I might have to find another set of nice wheels for my car as a second set/winter wheels.

yeah mate was the same with my white one dont really want the gsi rep look (wouldnt mind the real thing though !) winter wheels get some steels like i had on my white one mate they looked ace and very cool

nah astra mk4 steels mate told ya they look the bollocks better than my ceasros on there - after all that i sold it looking exactly like that- the best it looked and i fucking flogged it

big update on this while I have a few minutes, basically bought a nova 2 door saloon in the summer- had a few complications... decided I didn't want it flogged it and spent the money elsewhere! so I still have this, and its too clean to let go of, so I decided after a few months of searching to do a decent conversion that doesn't involve 16valves and go for a c16se lump
few pictures of it looking rather tidy indeed



so after months of being time wasted or stuff being offered a million miles away I found this complete running converted corsa for not a lot of money and bought it there and then! the engine and box are so sweet its unreal- its quite quick too and different to a redtop that you see on every street corner !

getting delivered a guy from shiply done this for £62! bargain (from ashford in Middlesex to me in se London/kent!)

at this point Its my first ever conversion/full on engine change, and I still feel really bad for breaking it but I have to look n the bright side- the purple shell needs this, as if I wasn't doing this id probably sell the cleanest/ rarest colour? corsa b shell ive had my hands on (and ive had 5 so far!)

the prize- after I remembered to take a snap while dismantling the ancillaries and general gubbins.




and how the drive looks currently with the corsair yet again moved to its second most favourite spot lol..


too many distractions I shouldn't even be touching these corsas but they are just too good in my opinion..was gonna go vw again but I think before I do I want to do this

and tonight all on my own I stripped photographed every bit and pulled the engine and box out piece of piece..if I wasn't on a fucking sloping drive lol.


will update it when I can plan to have this done before the years out as I have to go back to uni
