I'd hope Mick would laugh in their face, tell them to fuck off and watch them fall into obscurity. Sorry, Russ; the shower of assholes deserve no less.

Im 100% with you, they used him as a scapegoat for their own shit running of the club.

Linked with Pisczek this morning, would be happy with a Pisczek/Jenkinson and Moreal/Gibbs full back situation, should Sagna decide to leave a year early (as I suspect, due to recent performances and the toll of 2 broken legs last season )
Not conviced that a Jenkinson/Bellerin is right just yet and given that Wenger signed Monreal despite the fact that Gibbs was probably our 2nd best player behind Cazorla in the first half of the season, I can't see him relying just on Jenks.

Pisczek leaving Dortmund would be a disaster for them. They've already lost Gotze, will probably lose Lewandowski and I really can't see them holding on to Hummels for much longer.

Agreed, makes it less likely IMO though I guess some players may forcve their way out if anyone more than Lewandowski and Gotze leave

Get things right, and the team could look somehting like this next season:
Adler
Pisczek Koscielny Mertesacker Monreal/Gibbs
Arteta/Ramsey Gonalons
Walcott Wilshere/Cazorla Podolski/Cazorla
Jovetic
A decent line-up with good back-ups

Someone spotted that Fellaini just started following the Man United Press Office twitter account. Followed Andy Cole too.
Defo joining.

Robbo, you seriously think we will make these signings??
I think it will be mediocre/unknowns as per.

he has to, or he will be hounded out. Emirates money, Puma money and the cash in bank, coupled with the final elimination of high earning players contracts mean he absolutely has the money to strengthen. if he doesnbt, he'll not only ruin his chances of stayign on (as he suggested the other day) but also his legacy IMO

also, jovetic aside (as he'll require big money, not because he's necessarily world class as yet), those players are not the likes sought out by barca, real etc. so see no reason why not. CL football will help ofc but arsenal are still a big draw for players and a big club, evidenced by the size of the sponsorship deals theyve been signing recently
Adler £5-8m
Pisczek £8-12m
Gonalons £10-15m
Not huge money really. If we have as abig a clear out as we'd all like then we will need another 2-3 players as we only have 2/3 youngsters ready for promotion IMO (assuiogn they dont go out on loan to Betis or others) - Bellerin, Angha (leavign now), Gnabry and Akpom (*cough* Afobe)

Theres been rumours for about a week regarding Arsenal and Rooney. Several reporters have said it goes further than just a paper talk.
IMO its never going to happen. I couldn't suddenly start supporting Rooney anyway.
As for Cesc. Arsenal have 1st refusal. Tbh do we really need him? We could spend the money better in other positions.
However if he went to United, part of me would die. When RVP went it was anger. If Cesc went i'd cry inside.

Cazorla been linked with city. Interesting one really, we sound just like fucking Chelsea with some other cunt picking the players not the manager.

Yes you could, in the very same way the United fans never blinked an eyelid at RVP joining them.
That being said Rooney will never join Arsenal in a month of Sunday's, he wants to win things and that isn't even trolling. He'll have learned from RVP.
