When Jade Goody got cancer apparently loads of women then went for check ups as a result. Obviously they should be going anyway but if that's the side affect from them coming out then it's a good thing.

I dont think shes chopped them off for attention, but i think shes using the situation to get attention, then labelling it as "gaining awareness" because who can argue with that?
Just like it was "gaining awareness" about homeless or staving black children in Africa when the adoption saga was happening.
