Looks like an hotel. Is it right close to the other 2 houses? I'd want it in the middle of a massive plot, not wedged between 2 others.

No not particularly, it's on The Warren estate which is populated by footballers. The 3 houses are about half a mile apart. Last one was quite a bit bigger than the first two.
