Give me a shout if you want a tour around Stratford Upon Avon. I can give you a list of things to do around here and meet up if you like

Am I looking at the wrong place or is that quite far away from London?

No, you're correct. It's an hour on the train from London but its a fairly nice area and not too far from the really traditional Cotswold towns.

Been following a few of these suggestions so far.

Had lunch at Belgo the other day and it was indeed very good.

Yesterday we had lunch from one of the street kitchens in Borough Market. What an awesome place. Could quite easily go there for lunch every day.

Went to Covent Garden Cocktail Club after dinner yesterday and had a couple of drinks. Great little place as well.

What we're really struggling with is finding where to eat breakfast. Seems most places don't open until 11.

It pretty much sums up what we're here for!

James, anything really. Full english, pancakes, eggs, bagels, whatever.

Would just be nice to be able to sit down and eat, preferably somewhere that isn't a Costa or Starbucks.

Balling - Colbert in Chelsea is suppose to reasonable, likewise Duck and Waffle in Bishopsgate and Hawksmoor Guildhall near Moorgate. Otherwise there's plenty of brasseries about that'll do breakfast, a handful of American diners (like http://www.goodlifediner.com) and you have the likes of The Ritz/Claridge's that does a mean breakfasts although it isn't particularly cheap (around £35 per head).
Alternatively you nearest greasy-spoon

Tbf, going out for breakfast isn't a huge thing over here; it's more brunch/lunch/afternoon tea/dinner etc.

Check out Borough Market near London Bridge. It's always fairly busy and reasonably touristy, but the queues aren't too big and the food is tasty
