What's the proof? Could you not just shop a receipt image beforehand, go there, play about with the phone for a bit and show that when questioned?
Or do they have some live list of what is going on? Must have a list somewhere available to them so they know who is about to walk out and with what. No way I'd be verifying expensive purchases like that with a phone screen.

1. The Apple-fanboys who are wanking over the new hardware coming out.
2. The poorer people who like to look good and pretend they have Apple products but actually playing on them for nothing.
3. Or the people who have a better phone *Cough* s4 *COUGH*

Been to lakeside one twice.
Perfect service both times, even when swapped my phone on warranty. Sat down, lovely system all worked swiftly.
Paid using iPhone. I honestly went home and said "best service I've ever had in a shop"
So it wasn't full up with fake nerds wearing glasses with no actual glass in? Very odd.

I suspect you need proof of purchase to activate a phone/iPad but accessories are a free for all

If you have the better gear from Samsung and don't like Apple products, why bother visiting an Apple shop atall?

It's only on little stuff. For hardware it's done through a staff member.

I think the fact there isnt that much apple shops makes them busy.
A lot of people are also waiting on appointments with the genuis bar therefore hang around playing with stuff until someone is ready.

Glasgow one is full of those.
Also can't have been in many shops if that's the best service you've ever had.
They are always surprised that I just want to buy the thing I've went in for and then get out as quickly as possible. I think the majority of customers are simpletons.

Probably, didn't matter to me. The staff wasn't dressed like that, they did what I needed then to do, and very quickly too.
They can't control what their customers are wearing

I've been in plenty of shops. How can you judge the service and how good it was, you were nowhere near the shop..

Because I know the exact type of service you are talking about, I've bought loads of stuff from Apple.

The receipt is stored on your account and accessed via the the App i.e. you launch the App, click "EasyPay receipts" and it loads up any receipts for stuff you have paid"
I suppose you could fake up a copy of their App which does that same but it feels a bit long winded. i am sure they could also check thier systems to make sure the receipt is registered against your account.

So?
How do you judge a whole experience by experiences you've had?
You don't know conversations we've had, efficiency they showed, politeness of staff, how we were kept entertained.
Apple hating is boring as fuck.
Whether you agree or not, it was MY BEST experience. You can't disagree unless you have been there to experience all the same things at the same places as me

I do, I'm not hating on Apple here, I'm just saying I've had better service
I've also not disagreed that it's your best experience, just stating that you can't have had many if that was the best.

I was asking about your service though.
I said this the best service, I don't know what counts as "a lot of shops"
But I've been in plenty before, ranging from central London to Dagenham and over most of the UK

This tbh. But whats more annoying is the little wop outs who defend apple to the death. While those people exist i believe it is my duty to educate the public over mobile phones.
