I turn our AC down to minimum everyday (16 degrees) they all moan, and when I go to lunch they out it on 24. Fkin boiling. Don't think they ever leave their house and go into fresh air

Last time we had this debate when I worked in a truck garage.
The rule was, and probably still is, there is no minimum working temperature, provided a room is available for people to go to, where they can warm up, as and when required.
Its impossible in certain working enviroments to achieve a comfetable heat.
