Yes there is contact but I would argue its Suarez on the keeper. His body moves left yet his right boot moves right towards the keeper and surprise suprise there is contact.
It's what we see more and more now. The player throwing the leg at the player to cause contact

my thinking is, and I'm not an expert in sport by any means. but....i run, and i can run, and i don't fling my leg out to the side for no reason like that. if anything, knowing the keeper was coming you'd try and avoid it by jumping/hurdling the situation. not break a stride of running, move a leg towards the keeper. i dunno. I'm pretty sure if he kept running towards the ball at the pace he was like his stride seconds before the keeper wouldn't have even touched him at all. I'm no expert, obviously, but its a good bit of " getting" a penalty.

Typical Suarez really. Good centre forward play will be the opinion of some, silly goalkeeping from another, and diving cunt from someone else. You get that for your team and you're happy, you get it against and you're seriously pissed.
Suarez knew what was coming, and he made a huge meal out of it I thought. Basically a dive.
