Thanks for the positive comments chaps! Didn't think it would go down that well on here

Yeah bootlid is nice to operate, shame the opening is about as practical as a match box

Wish it would stop raining so I can drive it

12 Plate on lease.

Main issues are all of the "chrome" bits are just rotting away slowly - looks really naff.

Boot lifters have failed twice, nearly killing him on one occasion

Engine timing chain sounds like it's about to fall off, apparently common issue with the 1.6 engine which is also in some Mini's (?). Been to Citroen several times with it and they're not interested - maybe they will be when the engine is a coffee table

Few interior electrics issues too.

Hopefully it's issues that won't bother Jambo, maybe been ironed out by then

And on the day I picked up my new car, instead of driving it all day I went and helped a mate fix the M3 and that took up pretty much the whole afternoon. Hence it's imminent departure!

You're not going to have one car which is hideous on fuel, unreliable yet brilliant fun and one car to get to work and back?

Great little cars, best small hatch out there IMO. Knocks socks of minis, corsas, clios etc.

Citroen have come a long way, no longer cheap plastics from yesteryear.

Old man has a DS5, and I really do think it makes wifeys audi look quite plain. Its a far nicer place to be.

You like your red colours too I see

Had to be red Daimo I do like a good red car!

Ed, I kind of do want to keep it but it's just so expensive to keep going that it needs to go. Will be sad tho

Had one of these as a hire car from work. Quite liked the drive tbh, and the interior was a nice place to be, although IIRC the cupholders were useless for my services Starbucks!

Also had the roof down with my balding 50 year old colleague in the passenger seat, we looked a right pair

I found the roof quite strange though - the sliding portion was great, but when the back of it folded down it completely blocked all rearward vision.

You're not lying about the matchbox sized boot opening either, it's smaller than my motor!

Yeah I think the fully retracted position is not going to get used all that often. But full back without going down is really quite nice.

Yup matchbox sums it up

French piece of cheap tat. Will be rusty in a few weeks, plagued with electrical probs, it'll go off by itself and join the revolution, and will always smell of garlic.

Oh, and it'll need a new gearbox.

Ooh! Very nice mate. Great colour too. Not sure if I'd go for the cabriolet or hardtop hatch myself but spec sounds great too!

We've just got two hatches in work today. 1.6 HDi 110bhp and the 1.6 156bhp petrol. Just took the petrol on a road test. Goes very well, impressed! Seats are so comfy. Seemed to have a lot of forward and backward movement in the gear stick when in 1st 3rd and 5th. It's a 13 plate with 7k. Averaging 29.3mpg but obviously I don't know how the customer drives.

Either way nice car, I'd deffinatly have one.
