I'm not saying he's doing his job properly there from what evidence we have.
How do we know that this dr hasn't just started the video clip from a few mins after he's spoke to this officer telling him he's been drinking this morning?

As I said above. I agree he's not being very fair here from the evidence we have.
But why not just give him a sample and be done with it?
Because he clearly had something to hide. Either that or he was doing it purely to be a cunt

I ment in general. Like he would be the type of person that questions the police for anything and everything they say or ask him to do.
I did say that Yes and after it I said how it does seem unfair what this perticular policeman is doing.

Like the videos you see on YouTube or Facebook of Americans walking round the streets with a gun. Then kicking off when the police turn up and ask them some questions.
Or the video of the guy in England that got stopped by the police and locked himself in the car telling the police "he knew his rights" and quoting laws at them.
Pointless arguing just for the sake of it

If this guy had just provided a sample of breath. None of this would be happening.
