I think you went into the business at exactly the right time rich, and that's why you're doing so well (also the fact you are great at what you do haha)
Do you think you'd look after your own cars as much as you do? If it wasn't business related (setting a good example)

Myself, normally get a bit of a motivational spur to do all of them at home at once.

I wash my Vectra myself.

My work cars, I don't. I use an Automated place or the nearest Foreigners for them.
They rarely get washed TBH. Current one has been done only 3 times since July, and one of those was during a Service by Mazda.

What? Have I missed something?

I wanted a colour that showed off the lines of the car, but wasn't too in your face. This was the only one that I liked

I despise washing cars, hateful job. I usually set off intending to give it a good clean inside and out but lose interest before I've even finished washing it.

Got a new car coming next month in black, might look at getting some sort of protection applied then use the hand wash place down the road.

Missus' car goes to Spongbob Polepants but my cars are self washed every week, with the exception of the last wash before I sell it

Sometimes use the jetwash at the garage, but never the brush - just to blast any crap off of it midweek.

Arguably I didn't as the recession kicked in just after I set up (same for Tom!) but that just meant get my head down and crack on

Tbh I'd look after my cars better if I didn't run RD. The business started as a result of a hobby getting out of control. These days I never have enough time to look after my own cars to 'my level' my car only gets washed a handful of times a year and still needs doing properly. My van used to get done a few times a week, that then slipped to weekly to fortnightly to barely once a month! It gets a few treats from time to time when I need to trial some new products though!

James - new car sounds nice, post pics asap!

I need to take mine to the jet wash, because it's been sat up for a while. Then it will get washed by hand.

Company whip goes to the local Kosovo wash. Interior I do myself.

The Octavia I only do myself. Proper detail. Hence why its not been done since October!!

The paintwork on the Octavia is pretty much perfect hence why I don't want a drying blades etc. on it!
