First day feeling normal ish today, still haven't got my appetite back though. didn't go into work on Monday or Tuesday (projectile everything) even still last night I shit in my underpants by mistake and sicked up my dinner but I think that may have been food overload.

Few people at work gone off ILL now, and the bogs smelt like the absolute pits today.

My money is on Norovirus.

Had it in 2013, most humiliating experience in my adult life. Had to get the mrs to buy some of those disposable changing mats for babies to protect our mattress. Grim
