Didn't know that many people do it?
Second time round doesn't actually feel as wierd though.
Guess as you guys say. You just get used to it if you've got to do it enough.

Done it loads of times with work. Just put my laptop on the table whilst I wait. Don't advise watching porn though.

Went out for dinner this evening. No people eating alone there.

I get the food to take out and eat in my hotel room. Less weird but I travel the country constantly so used to it now!
Keeping the weight off is the hardest part

Used to feel self conscious about it, these days only feelings are concern if they are going to bounce expenses for getting carried away!

Wouldn't bother me in the slightest. Also wouldn't give a shit what anyone thought, either.

Used to do it when I was out on nights out in the truck, find a local pub, park within walking distance, head to pub and get a nice cooked meal on a night, then walk back and head down for the night.
It did feel weird but was good in a way just sat people watching,

People worried are definitely the type of people that struggle.
Can just imagine it, sat watching TV on housecoat and left something in the car. Then need to spend full 2 hours getting ready and dressing up to walk outside incase their neighbour judges them

Going out on your own to specifically eat alone is weird.
HOWEVER being on a lonely yet expenses paid trip and not taking advantage of that shit by feasting like some kind of introverted beer loving king is equally as strange

There is nothing wrong with choosing to go out and eat on your own. If anything, having a problem with people that chose to do that is actually weird. Too concerned what others think to just do what you want. Now that's a sad life.
