I personally think she topped herself and they found her in the car and used that opportunity to set him up,
other then that the brother/ex are dodgy as hell, the password guessing and message deleting is just plain weirdness and set of alarm bells immediately.

Yeah answerphone deleting is weird, and I agree raised flags. But then how did they get the body in the time-frame allotted, how did anyone not see them on the Avery property and how did they dismember her etc and torch her?
Think it needs more explanation, from either side to actually come up with a credible and logical version of what actually happened to her. Ignoring planted and dodgy evidence, just an actual hypothesis of what happened when she lost her life. Where is all the blood?! I don't mean in the house, but if it was allegedly in the garage then how did they get rid of it all and get her across the yard etc...
Something somewhere doesn't add up.

So I'm on episode 5 now. The evidence is thin. Witnesses are talking shit. It seems too obvious that it's a set up.

That's why I started watching it last week as it wasn't so popular yet. I don't like popularity.

Episode 9. It's all a bit odd. I think he did it. I don't think the kid was involved at all.

killed in the quarry perhaps then burned back on the property. The lack of blood is definitely an odd one. I think the police definitely planted evidence, although the outcome is correct the methods are wrong, very wrong.

100% that key was planted, the video of the sherrifs "searching" the property made my blood boil. There is some sinister shit going on.
I don't think the kids was involved either, not sure I have ever seen a less intelligent life form, proper weirdos weirdo.
Also find it odd how small the peices of the body where, you would surely need a long time to hack a body up to that small amount and a mass of blood and tissue. Unless of course it was done in the pit, but then why didn't anyone see it?
All very strange

I strongly suspect Avery is innocent .... The lack of evidence is one thing. The planting of evidence against him is quite another and convinces me of his innocence. The whole Brendon thing is bizarre and pretty disgusting.
I can't see how a man who leaves the victims car, body and keys laying about would have been capable of clearing up the blood bath that would have been in that bedroom.... To the point where there is no Dna trace left lol
Does anyone think it goes further than the cops ignoring the real killer and setting up Avery ... To the cops actually killing the women too. I am leaning that way.
The judge has quite clearly been got to.... And if any police chief here made a statement on TV like that guy did the case would be thrown out and the policeman would have gone to jail.
It just makes you realise what a fuck up America is ... And how fucking superior the majority of the world is to them in terms of human evolution. They actually think other countries are jealous of their freedom!

Prosecutor (Kratz) is writing a book about it now apparently.
I do think the show is very biased towards Avery, there must be stuff that is not shown as there is no way they could have convicted on the evidence in the show.
Brother of the victim and the ex boyfriend definitely should be looked into, that guessing the pin number and deleting messages is very sketchy.

The most scary bit of it all for me is the possibility the police did it.
