I meant sometimes - u post in another post aand unles su ahve a direct relationship - eiother negative or positive with the author u are simply ignored - even if what u have to say is valid and worthwhile

hence - u almost by mater of fact need permission - dont think I eexplained thta very well - didnt make ne sense when I read it but I know what I mean

there is no rule.

This is a public forum, everyone has rights to post in whatever thread as they feel, but if it is found to be offensive/of no use or just totally off the point, a mod can decide whether to delete the offending post, and inform the person via u2u or email and give them a warning.

Simple as.
