Have you done anyone for dropping litter. Thats somethign I;d love to do. just hang around McD's carpark in wait. soon a ned will be alone in his rust head and dropping his rubbish onto the carpark floor. then I would pounce.

not really, the moment you tell someone to pick it up they normally do.
dropping litter is not an arrestable offence, its report by summons.....so you can drop litter infront of an officer to your hearts content without being arrested.
BUT!!!
police still have a trick up their sleaves to arrest you if we wanted to 
no getting away from the long arm of the law

Also I've always wondered, if you were to be pulled over for speeding when off duty, are you able to flash em your badge and get off the fine?
