so if u did do 100mph and the chip was broke then u cant be done for it as there is no records

If it gets fitted to old cars at MOT time then i just wont MOT mine, the fine would be cheaper than all the other fines id get the way i drive!
What's happened to cautions any way?
If you get caught with drugs or shoplifting you get a caution!!!!!!!
Do 33mph and it doesn't matter if its the dead of night, you get a £60 fine!
Why not a caution like most other crimes!!!!
