I dunno how Arsenal fans can stick up for their players in situations like these. They were blatently in the wrong! I'm impartial too. Dont support a prem team.

To be fair, in situations like that, it is very hard for the Ref to control the situation. Technically, if he wanted to go by the full rules of the game, he could (and should) have sent Keown, Parlour, and Lauren off after the match.

Viera deserved to get sent off, as the intent was there, so he got that right (well apart from the fact that it should have been a straight red card, and not a yellow)

Im my opinion it wasnt a penalty, but obviously the ref saw something which he thought granted a penalty, so he gave one. If he made a mistake then fair enough, every ref will always make mistakes, its part and parcell of the game. He missed anyway, so does it really matter?

Keown is without doubt always has and always will be a fucking twat!

Just cos it was his last ever game at Old Trafford as a Arsenal player he acted like a silly little kid, face it his career's over and Nistelrooy is 10 times the player he ever was!
