Has anyone ever noticed that when a taxi is in front of you they drive really slow however when they are behind you they sit on your back bumper God I hate taxi drivers

this has happened to me before only we paid and when it came to our stop he wouldnt give us the change :@ he ended up with a bottle through his window and a few kicked pannels..
